SOMMERGRADUERING FOR BØRN PÅ TIRSDAGSHOLDET

Kære Alle,
Vi går så småt sæsonafslutningen i møde, og dermed også sæsonens graduering
TIl en graduering viser judoudøveren(feks barnet) en række teknikker i henhold til sit judopensum for sit respektive bæltegrad. i Jeres tilfælde skal barnet op til 1. Røde snip.
VIGTIGT
----- Tilmelding til graduering kan kun ske efter udøveren har forhørt sig med sin respektive træner/trænere, om bæltefarve, og gradueringsparathed -----
Vi anbefaler udøveren øver Pensum hjemme også.
DJULICENS ER PÅKRÆVET ------ Har man allerede sin licensbog, skal den indleveres til træneren senest d. 10/6 til træning.
Det tilsigtes at barnet kan udføre et kast og faldteknik som minimum. Kan barnet ligeledes udføre et holdegreb og binding af eget bælte er det påskønnet.
Kan barnet et hoftekast er dette også fint.

SUMMER GRADING FOR CHILDREN ON THE TUESDAY CLASS

Dear all,
We are slowly approaching the end of the season, which also means it’s time for the season’s judo grading.
At a grading, the judo practitioner (e.g. your child) demonstrates a series of techniques according to the judo curriculum for their respective belt level. In your case, the child will be grading for the 1st red stripe.
IMPORTANT
----- Registration for grading can only happen after the practitioner has spoken with their respective coach/coaches about belt color and readiness for grading -----
We recommend that the child also practices the curriculum at home.
DJU LICENSE IS REQUIRED —— If your child already has a license book, it must be handed in to the coach no later than June 10th at practice.
The goal is for the child to be able to perform at least one throw and a breakfall. If the child can also perform a hold and tie their own belt, that is appreciated.
If the child knows a hip throw, that is also great.
